Just me, occasionally translating some abandoned manga I "liked" given I was able to find the raws.
I'm just a guy who knows 1/5 of Japanese's kanjis, pretty much all the grammar and watches a lot of anime, who was pissed off because Bunkou no Hito-tachi was dropped even though it'd already ended earlier that year, so if an actual scanlation group wants to take over ANY of these series feel free to do so, my free time would actually thank you lol.
My "translation" process is: I can understand a good chunk of what I'm reading, but otherwise I put it on Google Translate, understand the meaning and combine that with my understanding of grammar since translations are often shitty, then adapt that to English. Pretty amateurish, but better than not reading the manga I want I guess. This way I can at least use the Japanese I learned for something.
I started it as wanting to read said manga even if I had to buy the raws myself and read in Japanese, so why not put some effort and comfortably read it in English while also doing others a favor.
