Come say hello on Discord!

You're Welcome at the Carbon Scans Team!
Hello! We’d love to have you in our team family!
Carbon Scans is a non-profit group with a friendly, supportive team. We’re invested in helping each other learn and develop their skills all while sharing our passion for manga, manhua, and manhwa! Experience is not required for most roles, and newbies are always welcome. We’ll teach you!
As a community that welcomes everyone, we don't work on projects with sexual content. But since we’re not tied to a specific genre, our projects range across multiple, including: action, horror, romance, sports, slice of life, and more!
Why pick us?
• Drama-free, fun, and amazing staff – a strong wordle streak, planned game/stream nights or whenever the mood strikes, off-topic rabbit holes, homework help, and everything in between!
• Super organized workflow w/ custom bot – task tracking done on discord w/ commands to check progress, assigned tasks, send compliments, the list goes on... carbot doesn't sleep!
• Tools built for efficiency - TLPR tool for direct translations and proofreading on raws, import text to photoshop script for typesetting, automation built to help you focus on the parts you love!
• Grow with us – with resources, mentors, and a team that's always happy to jump in, there's always something new to learn and someone to learn it with!
Please check Discord to see which roles we're actively recruiting for.
