Saitei Chara ni Tensei shita Ore wa Ikinokoritai

Jin has been reincarnated into the world of a game he played extensively in his previous life. Unfortunately, he hasn't become the Hero, a powerful ally, or even a popular villain. He's become the most hated and unpopular character in the entire game. Jin knows exactly what awaits him if the original story plays out. Three years from now, his engagement to one of the seven Battle Maidens will be broken, he'll be defeated by the Hero, and those events will ultimately drive him down the path of evil. With absolutely no intention of accepting such a miserable fate, Jin immediately abandons the family responsible for pushing his character toward darkness and resolves to stay as far away from the game's important characters as possible. Using his extensive game knowledge and powerful abilities, he instead begins a quiet new life as an adventurer alongside Chloe, a novice beastkin adventurer. But avoiding the main story proves much harder than expected. When a princess personally requests his help, Jin finds himself getting dragged closer and closer to the very characters and events he was determined to avoid. Armed with knowledge of the future, Jin must rewrite the fate of the game's most despised character and survive the bad ending waiting for him three years from now.
